Ability to fulfill our desire
I was watching a Tamil movie called Gajinikanth
Arya, the hero, is an easily distracted biologist with severe memory loss. He goes to great lengths to make sure his girlfriend and her family don't find out about his mental condition. He works at an organic plant research center (one wonders why he isn’t mixing up plants because of his forgetfulness) but the plot of the movie concerns his quest for love and getting married. Like a classic Indian film, the hero falls in love with a girl at first sight. His parents had lost hopes in his finding a wife, but his ability to get what he wants is inspirational.
#Human desire is the fundamental motivation of all human action. When you really want to do something, half of the battle is over-because you are automatically driven to develop your ability to do it and you are naturally easier to get along with when you are doing what you like to do.

There is far too much negativity in this world. It is easy to surrender to an uncomfortable or unsatisfactory situation. You certainly can up and do anything that you really want to do, providing:
- It makes sense.
- You take it one step at a time.
- You don’t ever forget about it.
Many #young people, fresh out of college, feel very inspired but they are light on experience: ability-wise and people-wise. If they have to succeed they must grow from this attitude. For desire alone, without the ability to back it up and without human understanding, represents a combination which accounts for many of the world’s failures.
This is what I did when I was graduated.
When I was 21, I started a boutique handbag making company with my friend Sunitha. We registered ‘Sani Enterprise’, stitched leather handbags and sold them straight to showrooms in Bangalore. We wanted to make a leather bag fashion big, which turned out to be harder than we expected. In 3 months I found our energy dying down and interest was lost.
I was newly married at the time and my husband shifted to Chennai. I left everything I’d started to go with him. Back then, I did not have the ability to fulfill my desire.
Of course those days many things weren’t as accessible. There was no social media exposure. In the last 15 years, things have changed drastically. Nowadays with social media and some of the amazing resources and individuals available on the internet, whatever your goal or passion, you have it within your range.
Whether you want to #achieve something different, you want to build an Empire, or you simply want to lose weight and get in better shape, there is no limitation, and it’s never too late. As long as you know what you want, you develop the ability to get it. If you go online, there are a lot of case studies to understand, lots of people sharing their experiences. You can chat with them, seek help, etc. So much support is available, and the #only thing you need is to improve your potential and be realistic
The #will to win, the #desire to succeed, the urge to reach your #full potential these are the keys that will unlock the door to #personal excellence.

Lots can be achieved with a clarity of purpose and organization when making investment decisions.

A lot can be achieved with a clarity of purpose. Uncleji used the time he had after retirement to put every single paper and investment in his possession, in impeccable order. He read, asked questions, took the time to argue, differ and finally understand how investments worked. He began when he was 77 years old, but in less than five years was completely in charge and left behind a fortune for his heirs.
I meet a lot of young graduates who are unemployed, fresh out of college. These graduates ask me for jobs. When I ask what kind of job they are looking for, believe me, 90% of them have no clue what they want to be doing. While it’s one thing to have an open mind,

Once upon a time, I was like you but the world has changed. Please develop passion in you, start loving that passion, and before you know it, that will translate into your profession. A lot of people want to become great actors or musicians or painters or writers or singers, great army person and want to go to Mars but lacks the ability to reach such a goal. This gap between the desired pattern and ability pattern is the source of much unhappiness and can be corrected only when a person becomes more realistic about what he wants out of life.
Mankind now has the ability to go to the moon.
Alternatively, this world is full of people who claim they desire to become leaders or make a lot of money or do any number of things, but their Desire is actually not strong enough to cause them to do anything serious- to develop the required abilities and required human relations. They are procrastinators.
Let me take another example. When I did political campaigning for politicians using campaign software, I used to see a group of young men who followed the main leaders everywhere. They would go behind him where ever he went, listen to whatever crap they had to say, have free food with him, take selfies and upload them on social media. I spoke to a few of them and they all have the desire to become a great leader, but how many of them will ever develop the ability?
